This notice describes information handling on our company pages, project inquiry tool, and consultation booking path.
You choose when to share your inquiry.
The project inquiry tool prepares an email. It does not submit your details to Astruvia when you fill it out or review the draft. You send the message from your email application.
Project inquiries and correspondence
The inquiry tool uses the name, organization, contact details, service interests, and project information you choose to enter. Entries stay in the current page; the tool does not save them to a website database, cookies, or browser storage.
Choosing “Open email draft” passes those details to your email application. Choosing “Copy details” places them on your device’s clipboard. Neither action sends a message. Your browser or email application may retain drafts or form entries according to its settings.
When you send an email, Astruvia receives your sender details, message, and anything you attach. We use those details to respond to your request and discuss scope and next steps. Share only the information needed to describe your project. Please leave out passwords, patient information, and confidential incident details; we can discuss a suitable way to exchange sensitive material if needed.
Consultation bookings
Our scheduling page opens Microsoft Bookings and may display its calendar directly on the page. If an embedded calendar is displayed, your browser connects to Microsoft when it loads. Information you enter there, such as your name, email address, appointment time, and notes, is processed through Microsoft’s service and made available to Astruvia to arrange the consultation.
Microsoft’s service has its own privacy information and may use cookies or other technologies. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement .
Website hosting and technical information
Vercel hosts this website. Serving and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about its services.
The company pages do not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics trackers. Separate applications available through this domain, and external websites you choose to visit, may have different practices and their own privacy notices.

You can browse our services without completing an inquiry or booking. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
